To report an issue with street lights in the neighborhood, use the following link:

From the above link, choose the following for street light issues:
Carolinas > Duke Energy Progress > Search Trailwood Knoll > Choose Street light.
Map is not 100% accurate. Best to click on the nearest street light and then include the closest house address that is listed on map when reporting.
